Teaming Up With Top Chefs For A Live Cookery Demo!

Recently we teamed up with The Chefs’Forum, Masterchef finalists Louisa Ellis, and Masterchef finalist Leo Kattou Senior Sous Chef from Simpsons Restaurant and with the support of the UCB students we all took part in a live cookery demonstration, entertaining guests who had been especially invited for a presentation at the newly constructed Birmingham Wholesale Market.

Believed to be the largest integrated market in the UK offering horticultural, fish, meat, poultry and flowers. Some 50 tenants operate from 80 sales units and warehouses offering access to a truly global supply chain of produce.

The recently constructed facility has been developed with a £50 million investment from Birmingham City Council and is the essential catalyst to Birmingham’s hospitality sector continuing to develop its reputation as a must-visit ‘City of Food’.
